Noah Chung Makes His Mark on the AIM+ Blocks

The IMUA UVC 18UA standout ranks among the top 10 blockers on the AIM+ platform while contributing from multiple front-row positions.


Noah Chung has made an impact for IMUA UVC 18UA throughout the 2025–26 season. Listed as an outside hitter and middle blocker, Chung has contributed both offensively and defensively, with his production at the net placing him among the leading 18U boys on the AIM+ platform.

Chung currently ranks No. 10 on the AIM+ 18U boys’ blocks leaderboard with 33 blocks. Across 65 sets played, he has also recorded 138 kills, seven block assists, five assists, five service aces, 22 digs and 176 total points. His performance throughout the season has earned him an AIM+ Score of 10.11.

Offensively, Chung has totaled 138 kills on 335 attack attempts while posting a .209 hitting percentage. His ability to play on both the left and right sides, as well as in the middle, has allowed him to contribute from several front-row positions for IMUA UVC 18UA.

Several of Chung’s individual performances demonstrate the different ways he has impacted matches this season. Against Crown City 18 Kings on June 20, he recorded 10 kills on 18 attempts with only two errors, finishing with a .444 hitting percentage. He also added three service aces and three digs during the two-set victory.

One day later, Chung contributed six kills, five service aces, two blocks, two block assists and one dig during IMUA UVC’s three-set win over Core 18 National. He also recorded eight kills, two service aces and two blocks in another three-set victory against NOC 18 Green.

Chung delivered one of his most efficient offensive performances against FRVBC 18 1 Boys, finishing with seven kills on 10 attempts and only one error for a .600 hitting percentage. He also added three service aces and one block in the match.

His blocking ability was especially evident during IMUA UVC’s victory over Coast 18-2 Brody. Chung recorded five kills, six blocks and three block assists while hitting .375 across two sets. He also finished with six kills and three blocks against SC Legends 17-Elite.

Earlier in the season, Chung produced six kills on nine attempts with two errors against Crown City 18 Kings, resulting in a .444 hitting percentage. He also added three blocks and one assist as IMUA UVC earned a two-set victory.

Other notable performances include eight kills while hitting .400 against SASVBC B18 Andy, nine kills and three digs against #951 Elite Boys 18-1, and six kills with three blocks during a three-set win over CA Volley 18-1.

Chung’s performance at the club level has also helped prepare him for the next step in his volleyball career. He is committed to continue playing at Golden West College, where he will have the opportunity to build on the versatility, blocking presence and offensive production he has displayed with IMUA UVC 18UA.
